Clinic Photos

Here I am in Martinez, CA. This horse right before I was started working with her was kicking and pawing at the owner. Here I am getting her used to me being over top of her. On the right is my first ride on her and notice I am not using a round pen. Also no one has ever been on her back before hand.

I am doing a lot of clinics in northern CA. Here are a few horses and owners at some of the clinics. The first picture is on a farm call, believe or not this little guy was a pistol. He would rear, bite and kick at the owner. One of the things I had the owner do was to control how long and when the foal would nurse. In doing so it would help with the foal to learn who was the leader. The picture on the right is just some of the crowd who was there.

Next I am working with a horse that is pushy on the ground  and on the right I am getting a horse moving with a saddle on it and me over top of him.

At the September clinic I did more saddle work. The picture on the left is a nice arab. I worked with her on a private session. Then the owner followed up what I did. If you notice how the horse is in frame and there isn't any tension on the reins. On the right is when we had everyone come in and put in practice what we were working on for the day.

All of these clinic picture are from my Summer Slam series .

Taylor Made, California. Now that was one clinic I can't forget. I had a pony there that was something, who now he is here at FalconRidge. At Taylor Made I had a young trainer there with me, her name was Tori. Here is a before and after picture of the pony.

Next is me jumping and on the right is Tori having a horse standing on a tire.

As you can tell we were busy this summer. The next set is at the Ione, CA clinic. The first picture is showing how to safely introduce a stud horse to a mare under saddle. The other rider is Ron Cole who owns a company called Equine Elite Labs,  which by the way sponsored the Summer Slam Clinic series.

We took alot pictures but I am just going to show a few. The next set is at Karen and Jim Hagens place where we did a clinic together. Her and her husband Jim are good people. Picture on the left is me riding a little arab horse.

On the right is me and Nicki standing in the front. Behind, left to right is Caton Parelli, Karen Parelli Hagen, and Jim Hagen.

Here me and Caton are talking about everything from horses to trucks.
