Saddle
I meet a man who makes custom saddles. His name is Bill Howe of 246 Ranch in Coalinga, California. I was really impressed with his craftsmanship. Based on what I have seen in the past, I figured his saddles were selling for a high price. But to my surprise the price of his saddles aren't bad and you cant beat the quality of them.
So Nicki and I had a couple of saddles made. I have had mine now for a few weeks and the more I ride in it the more I like. It is a real working saddle, and believe me, I have been putting it to the test. On this page you will see some pictures of Bill working on it. I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoy riding in it.
The first photo is Bill starting work on the seat of the saddle. I am going to show pictures in each step as the saddle went together.
The picture on the right is the finished product with Nicki, Bill and me. As you can tell I am right happy with it. Here is a picture of Nicki's and my saddle together.
